Specialized Jett Comp Gel Women's saddle
There's not much more personal than saddle preference. One man (or in this case woman's) sumptuous throne is another's misery inducing razor blade. As a company, Specialized do take some of the risk out of the saddle-buying process, if you avail yourself of a little sit on one of their 'arse-o-meters' which under the eye of a well-trained shop assistant gives a fairly accurate measurement of the width of your sit bones, which, contrary to popular belief, do not bear a great deal of resemblance to the more obvious width of your tail end.
Specialized BG Spirita Touring Shoe
Like saddles, shoes are always going to be an incredibly personal choice. What suits one person may well be completely unsuitable for someone else, due to foot shape, biomechanical quirks, past injuries or just personal preference. I'm blessed with fairly "standard" feet and suffer from no major biomechanical issues, so I usually find it relatively straightforward to buy footwear for both on and off the bike. This review is therefore based on my personal experience of the BG Spirita Touring Shoe with a fairly neutral foot.

Looking to raise some cash for a new set of wheels and a look around the shed has yielded the following results:
2006 Roubaix Pro frame/forks 54cm (good condition with some cosmetic marks only) includes 105 BB, Pave seatpost
1 x pair Mavic Kysrium Elites (circa 2007) good condition with rim stickers removed
1 x pair Shimano WH-R601s 2010 (Ultegra) barely ridden
1 x Mavic Aksium 2010 rear wheel
1 x pair 105 5600 shifters (good working order but with some scratches)
1 x FC-R700 50-34 compact chainset with 175 crank arms and Stronglight outer chainring fitted

Specialized 2011 S works SL3 frame 54cm (this includes frame, fork, headset, mech hanger and seat clamp as expected)
this frame is 3 months old in perfect condition apart from one small mark on the top tube as pictured. the frame has a press fit 30 bottom bracket, which means with the correct adaptor it will fit any chainset on the market. i can supply the correct adaptors if needed (price of adaptors depends on the offer made for the frame).
please ask any questions, i am asking £1600 for the frame but i am open to offers.
