Google maps for Android, now with directions inc elevation

Having on previous touring holidays used the excellent GPS Visualizer website to figure out the elevation of proposed routes, I just found this - the latest Google Maps for Android has elevation data for directions, including bike route planning - NICE.

Strava Viewer - feedback wanted

Hi there. I've been putting together a Strava Viewer application for my phone to try and plug some of the gaps in the current Strava experience and would be interested in any feedback/suggestions.

The 2 main things I wanted to achieve are:

1. View all of my segment placings (not just KOM's).
2. Get alerts when my placing on any segments changes or new segments have been created.

Is the Samsung Galaxy Ace good phone for mapping your route?

Hello everyone does any one here have good advice for someone who is looking for a new smart phone which can log my ride distance and elevation? I'm currently looking at getting the Samsung Galaxy Ace as its in budget but will spend a little more on say a Samsung Galaxy S.

Any ideas?
