Met
Met Xilo helmet
The Met Xilo helmet hails from the Italian brand's 'active' range aimed at budget conscious sports minded road and trail riders who want a lid that will perform in both contexts with nominal compromise.
Frankly, for the money I'm seriously impressed - but a comparatively shallow cradle gave the sensation of it being perched atop my head, so I'd strongly recommend trying before buying.
Met Camaleonte helmet
This smart, chic urban cycling helmet is made by one of the most respected names in helmet construction, the Italian company MET and with an rrp of £50 this could be the perfect helmet for your ride to work.
Met Diamante Helmet
The Diamante is a good quality, comfortable road helmet for ladies. Whether the fact that they're 'created for the well being of dynamic women' means that the helmet is actually a different shape, rather than just pink, is not something that Met divulge in their literature, but our tester certainly found it comfortable. The adjustment system is fairly basic but works just fine, and overall it's a well rounded mid-price lid.
