Wondering if anyone here has any feedback on the Nuun active hydration tablets.

I have a 115 miler sportive coming up later next month and read on someone's blog that these were really helpful in his 100 miler.

Looking for more feedback to confirm / dissuade from the tablets.

Also, any better alternatives to them?

On a hot day it's nice to have a cool drink, and this Podium Chill bottle from Camelbak scores firstly for being an excellent bottle to drink from and secondly for keeping your water a little bit cooler. Don't expect it to work miracles, but it does have an effect.
