New bike - help needed

Morning folks,
Right, sorry in advance for ramble, but there is a reason. Due to issues with my back and my flexibility (long-standing, and yes I do stretching exercises), I have a fairly relaxed setup on my bike; the stack height is 550mm, plus headset (10mm) and 45mm of spacers(!!), giving an effective total stack height to the stem of 605mm. Reach is 407mm + 110mm stem.

Bike Geometry Advice

Hi,

For a long time now I've had my eye on a Wilier Gran Turismo, and a couple of days ago I finally got around to talking to my LBS about it. However, there's a bit of a problem in that they can't get hold of one in my size for me to test

They can get hold of an Izoard XP for me (for a small fee) which I could ride. Thing is the geometries on the Izoard and the Gran Turismo aren't exacly the same (links below)
