FSA chainset

Changing my chainset from FSA to Shimano

Hey, i want to upgrade my FSA Omega compact chainset to a Shimano ultegra 6750 compact. I'm just wondering what will happen with the bottom bracket at i have a FSA MegaExo, Press Fit at the moment. Has anybody done this and if so what BB should i buy? Thanks

A little bit of advice for the less technically minded please.

I currently own a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Tiagra 2010, spec via the Evans website:
