Cervelo R3 58cm complete bike ex wheels

I am selling my Cervelo R3 white 2009 road bike with black 3T fork. Bike is in immacualte condition and has not been ridden for 18 mths due to a back injury.

Bike comes with Campagnolo carbon centaur and chorus mix.
Compact Chorus chainset and the remainder centaur.

Im not selling my wheels as my wife bough them for me as a wedding present. Could be supplied with a set of Mavic aksium wheels for an additonal cost.

Fizik Arione + Topeak F11/Saddle bags?

I'm looking at upgrading the stock saddle that came with my Fuji and I have my eye on the Fizik Arione as it looks like it may be suited for my needs and the reviews are favourable.

However, I'm not sure if they will work witht he saddle bag I use and would prefer to keep. I use a Topeak Survival Wedge pack witht he Topeak f11 fixing mount.
So, question, does anyone know if the F11 fixer will fit the Arione rails?
