Will there be positive doping tests from the Giro?

At the 2008 Giro we had Sella winning 3 mountain stages, and subsequently testing positive for CERA-Epo after he was targeted for by the UCI.

I can't think of any similar stand-out performances at this year's Giro. So I'm thinking that we might not get any serious doping cases from this year's Giro. Who'll bet against me?
