Okay folks, I'm looking to buy a steel tourer for under a grand (using cycle scheme) though I can stretch to an extra £100. Current possibilities that I've seen so far are:

-Genesis CdF (needs mudguards and racks)
-Revolution Country Explorer
-Charge Filter Hi (needs racks)
-Raleigh Sojourn (over budget and with Sora shifters )
