Anyone else reckon Boonen is gonna win every single stage of every single race he's in untill the end of the year?
Anyone got any good rides up there?
Going up on Monday, day after the Ronde thingy.
Particularly after non main road cobbles, steep climbs, and nice little rides out of Edinburgh and back.
If anybody has any Garmin Data, that would be much appreciated.
Finally: Can you cycle up Arthur's seat, and would you want to?
Cheers in advance.
So, because you are all roadies, you've probably at one point read these, but for those who haven't, here they are. Then, whenever anyone says just #5 it, you'll know what they mean. Credit to Velominati: http://www.velominati.com/
Rule #1 // Obey The Rules.
Rule #2 // Lead by example. It is forbidden for someone familiar with The Rules to knowingly assist another person to breach them.
Just out of interest, I wanted to collect all the commercial endorsements cyclists had that weren't to do with cycling brands (eg Shimano, Oakley etc.)
Famously, Victoria Pendleton did that bread thing, but what other ones are there?
Oh, and I just saw Sir Chris on a Gillette advert.
Anyone know of any others?
Just curious who people will break though this year?
Lets throw some names out there;
and my personal hope Vegard Stake Laengen
What do you think?
Is there anybody out there who is familiar with the Decathlon home brand's Cycling shoes:
B'Twin Road Caycling shoes 9
After trawling both the internet and my LBS, they seem like a relative bargain, what with their carbon sole and ratchet mechanism.
I thought that I would ask the largest cycling fraternity that I know of, the Road.cc forum.
I hope that you're not bored of these questions.
Pictures to follow.
