commuting lights
Blackburn Voyager 2.0 front light
Blackburn’s Voyager 2.0 is a lightweight LED lamp that’s useful as a be-seen light around town or as a backup to a dynamo system. It offers long, battery-sipping burn times, great peripheral visibility, and excellent build quality.
RSP Asteri 3 LED front light
A very well made light with a great run time, the Asteri 3 is an excellent choice if your commute takes you beyond the city limits. It's a pity there's no side visibility but apart from that there's plenty to like.
Lumicycle System 4 LED light
According to the scores on the doors, this unit from Westbourne light wizards Lumicycle kicks out a mighty 1120 lumens. That's all good, but where this light really scores is in the little details that make it a joy to use.
Knog Frog front and rear lights
Weighing little more than a handful of paper-clips Knog’s Frog’s are surprisingly bright miniature LEDs, ideal for contingencies and complementing ultra compact Li-on lighting systems but fall dangerously close to the trap of being style over substance-especially compared with their Bullfrog siblings.
