Bought in February this year and has only done 2 TT's and 3 or 4 trining rides. Selling as I'm not planning on riding TT's any more & want to use the money to buy a Single Speed bike.

Effetto Carbo Move

Price:
£8.99

Effetto Mariposa Carbo Move is an effective penetrating lube designed to be kind to carbon fiber components: think of it as Plus Gas for the composite age. It's sensitive enough to shift stuck-fast carbon goodies without damaging the resins that hold them together, but still has enough penetrating power to free up fasteners you overlooked last winter. It'll even tackle one of those notoriously quick-seize fluted posts beloved of retro road bikes.

Ibis Hakkalugi

Price:
£3174.99

The Ibis Hakkalügi is a lightweight cyclocross bike that's a real joy to ride. It's best suited to those who like to ride with a bit of finesse rather than those who like to muscle through regardless.

Ibis may have passed you by because, although they've had a road bike in their company quiver almost since their inception 30 odd years ago, they're best known as a maker of mountain bike frames.

Soaked and frozen winter cyclists returning from slippery and muddy Saturday rides all over the country, bathing and slathering hot embrocation on aching knees in readiness for more of the same in the morning wil surely rejoice to hear that the ultimate technological barrier has been finally surmounted. Yes, chain catchers that hitherto had to do their work weighed down with literally several grams of excess weight contained in their aluminium construction can now be displayed alongside the other vital carbon-fibre innovations on the modern bicycle.

Favourite bike tool gadget

When I recently got a Specialized Roubaix as normal a new bike equals new tools. However, this time instead of yet another annoying splined spanner or socket with a ever so slightly different pattern to the half dozen I already have, I needed a torque wrench.
