Team Sky reveals new look for Pinarello Dogma F10

Race bike is updated for 2018

Team Sky’s Pinarello Dogma F10s have a new look for the 2018 season to go with the updated team kit.

Check out Team Sky’s 2018 kit here.

The frame features more white than ever before, matching the team’s jerseys, along with a blue line down the centre of the top tube.

The ‘data pattern’ – a series of dashes representing Team Sky’s many victories – has been updated and is now confined to the top tube and head tube.

The Dogma F10, made from Torayca T1100 1K carbon, has a claimed frame weight of 820g, 55g less than the F8. It’s said to be 7% stiffer.

Find out about the Pinarello Dogma F10 here.

Cables are internally routed and the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 junction is integrated into the down tube.

Take a look at the Pinarello Dogma F10 that Chris Froome raced to victory in last year’s Tour de France.

The bike pictured is fitted with Pinarello's own Most combined handlebar/stem cockpit rather than with the Pro components that Team Sky have used in the past. It'll be interesting to see whether the team do actually make this switch for racing.

Update: Pinarello has just been in touch again to say that Team Sky will indeed be using Most integrated handlebar/stems in 2018.

"For the new season, the Team Sky riders will use a brand new cockpit designed by Most, with the integrated handlebar Talon Aero 1K Di2, the iTalon GPS Support and the Ultragrip bar tape," says Pinarello. "[It offers] a higher level of control to the riders, a best in class aerodynamic impact thanks to the perfect match with the Pinarello Dogma F10 frame but also comfort for long distance rides."
