2016 Tour de France winner Chris Froome rides a yellow Pinarello into Paris

A yellow bike to match Chris Froome's yellow jersey

Chris Froome’s yellow jersey is matched with a full yellow Pinarello Dogma F8 as the 2016 Tour de France winner rides into Paris today.

Ever since clinching the yellow jersey, Team Sky has been adding more yellow to his bike, and  today he goes full yellow. Saddle sponsor Fizik has supplied a matching saddle and K-Edge have delivered a yellow Garmin mount.

The yellow painted Pinarello retains the Rhino motif on the top tube, a nod to his roots and his support for Unite for Wildlife, a charity that was set up to put an end to the illegal wildlife trade.

Otherwise, it’s business as usual, with a Dura-Ace Di2 groupset and his favourite Osymetric chainrings, Dura-Ace C50 wheels with Continental tyres and PRO handlebar and stem.

It's not the first time Chris Froome has ridden a yellow Dogma F8 of course. Here's his, almost identical, 2015 Tour de France winning race bike.

No yellow bar tape this year though. Instead, Froome's team-mates are riding the final stage of the Tour with yellow bar tape.
