Craft's single-thickness Thermal Multi Grip gloves are made from a stretchy fleece fabric that provides a middling level of warmth and work well as a liner glove when it's really cold or on their own in autumn or spring.

The palms feature a small amount of silicon print to improve grip and there's plenty more on the fingers which comes in handy when you're changing gear, especially with wet levers. There's no padding here, though, because these are intended as general-purpose sports gloves, so you might want to wear these on top of some track mitts in autumn or spring.

These won't keep the cold winter air off your fingers as well as a windproof pair. I've preferred to use them as liner gloves when the temperature is really low. They provide about as much insulation as a pair of medium-thickness woollen gloves when worn underneath shell outers.

The Multi Grips are highly breathable, shifting sweat away from your palms so you don't end up getting cold. Obviously, if you wear outer gloves over the top, they need to be breathable too or your hands will start to get damp. sooner or later.

The fabric is stretchy enough to make getting these on and off easy enough, and a double-thickness cuff keeps the breeze off your wrists.

Those logos on the back are reflective which is useful if you do wear these without outer gloves over the top.
