Usually just a commute distance of 6, try to extend it up to 20 esp during the summer. More likely to ride longer when the weathers nicer or if I'm bored.

Around 40 miles when I'm out with mates, on my own between 50 & 60 miles with the odd 80-100 mile every now and then.

I'm getting old - so 20, to 40, miles is enough. Although with company on a good day out 80, miles is acceptable.
