Kapz launch custom-etched headset spacers

It's the details that count when you want to bling up your bike

We’re guessing that of all the bike parts you’d consider changing, headset spacers are fairly low on the list, but if you like to take care of the details then Kapz custom laser etched spacers might be for you.

We featured Kapz here on road.cc a few months ago when they began offering full-custom headset top caps, and now they’ve extended the range.

The headset spacers come in 5mm widths, six different anodised colours (black, blue, green, grey, purple, red), and you can have up to 50 characters laser etched on each. You might want to have your name, emergency contact details, or a motivational message on there – it’s up to you.

The price per 5mm spacer is £9.95 – not cheap, clearly, but blinging up your bike rarely is. All Kapz kit is designed and made in the UK and, in our experience, delivery is quick.

Kapz have also started to do 2.5mm headset spacers although you can’t get these laser etched. Packs of five are £9.95 and packs of 10 are £14.95.

To place an order go to www.kapz.co.uk.

'Or you could just pick some annodised spacers offa Chain Reaction or Ebay for pennies without all the silly engravings..'

not really 'custom-etched' though, are they. Kinda misses the point.

I'm guessing these custom-etched headset spacers are aimed at people who want headset spacers that are custom-etched. That said, I'm no expert and could be entirely wrong.

So I'd have thought, but maybe we should leave the heavy thinking to well informed individuals like phax71.
