What is more worrying and I know someone who does this is that, as they are a 3 wheeler, they can be driven on a provisional licence. Therefore the driver may not have even passed a driving test!

There is no humour in any dangerous driving. Which is why when that arse Clarkson was fooling around flipping Reliant Robins I was not in the slightest bit amused. They may only have three wheels and lawnmower engines, but they are still the wrong side of the line that separates vehicles that only willfully reckless idiots can make dangerous (e.g. bicycles), and one that can be lethal with anyone at the controls (e.g. cars.)

Agree on the numbers of this type of vehicle about. The Old Bill can check for the address of every Reliant Robin in that part of the country and visit the owner. If the victim remembers the colour of the offending vehicle that narrows it down tons further. They'll locate the keeper/owner I am positive of that. What they need is witnesses to the incident to corroborate the cyclists version of events.

Can't be that many Reliant Robins left on the road, and not that many at all in the Horsham area. I do hope Sussex Police are proactively doing something about this crime.
