Domane 4.3 compact 2Trek Domane 4.3 compo - we have a winner!
Well, it was our biggest compo so far. No fewer than 8,700 of you clicked on the button to win a fabulous Trek Domane 4.3, courtesy of The Tour Ride at The Cycle Show, and Trek Bikes. There can only be one winner though. And that winner is Jenny, from Purley.
Jenny was pretty happy about it too, unsurprisingly. "I'm still recovering from the pleasant surprise of winning the fabulous bike! Thank you very much indeed," she said. "I would like to thank everyone at road.cc and The Cycle Show for this wonderful win. I'm delighted!"
We're delighted too, that it's gone to someone who's so happy to have won. Sadly that means 8,699 of you miss out this time around. But we'll raid the cupboard and do a bits-and-bobs schwag grab later to take your mind off things. Deal?

Please say Jennny's (congratulations by the way)surname is Hargreaves it opens up a whole set of spinning machine puns for a bike name. Although Arkwright (inventor of the water frame) or Throstle would be a good name for my bike at the moment, but what do you expect when most of your riding involves the flooded bits of the somerset levels.
When I was out at the weekend I did start wondering if we should be having pedalo series of races across the levels, even got as far as naming the event the English Pedalo Omnium perhaps Larry would sponsor the event.
Would a deed poll name change do it?
