Ben is joined by Alex Dowsett to talk about stage 3 of the race and Geraint Thomas' nan's welsh cakes...

Ben's back! It was a good day for Team Sky on stage 3 of the Tour of Britain, although it could have been better had Alex Dowsett made his late break stick. As it was, they had to settle for third place with Geraint Thomas coming in behind the Rabobank double header of Lars Boom and Michael Matthews. Steve Cummings of Sky took fourth ahead of then race leader Mark Cavendish; Boom now wears red.

Anyway, here are Ben's thoughts on how the day went, along with some bonus comment from Alex and a bit of chat about Geraint's nan's welsh cakes. Enjoy!
