We have a winner for our Schwag Grab ttrip to Flanders to ride the cobbles with Geraint Thomas

… and you can bring a friend on this fantastic riding experience if you win..

We honestly don't think we've ever given a prize as good as this away before, the chance to ride with a British rider who's having a storming Tour de France so far around some of Belgiums top classics monuments Thomson Sport's De Ronde Experience with Geraint Thomas. You lot obviously thought so too cos we had a slew of entries. The road.cc random-number-o-meter has done its schtick ane we have a winner…

Andy Beaman it's you!

Andy and a friend will be tackling some of the choicest bits of the Ronde Van Vlaanderen in the company of Geraint Thomas next month the lucky, lucky, lad. Don't despair though because if you're quick you can still join him and Geraint because there are still a few places left on the trip, check the Thomson Sport's De Ronde Experience website to find out more and there's more details of what sounds a superb trip in the next paragraph too.

==================================================

Here what you get on the Thomson Sport's De Ronde Experience with Geraint Thomas experience, from 17-20 August. You can join the trip in Manchester, Birmingham or London, and Geraint will be on hand to welcome you on board a luxury coach that'll whisk you off to a four-star hotel in Kortrijk, Belgium for three nights. You'll get two rides of 70-95km from the Centrum Ronde Van Vlaanderen, taking in the Koppenberg, Oude Kwaremont and of course the legendary Muur-Kapelmuur. You'll get expert advice from Geraint on riding the cobbles and tackling the Muur, and there'll be a professional photographer capturing the moment for posterity; you get two 12"x8" prints of your rides as part of the package.

On top of that there's a full CNP Professional sports nutrition package, a Q&A session with Geraint, a unique goody bag and secure bike storage for the weekend. You'll need to shout your own lunch.

Sounds good? Of course it does. And all you have to do is comment below and you're in the hat. Obviously you need to be available from 17-20 August and up for taking the trip. Usual Schwag Grab rules apply. We'll be picking a lucky winner on Weds 13 July. Good luck!

For more information on the package, visit the Thomson Sport website. To find out more about Geraint Thomas visit www.geraintthomas.com and if you really, really want to get yourself a place on this trip (and who could blame you) there are still a few limited places available.

As a trackie who regards any distance over 500m to be an endurance ride I'm going to say go on then.
