road.cc jersey on the way

Here at road.cc your aesthetic well-being is always one of our top priorities, there'll be no cycling fashion faux pas on our watch! That's why we got together with some of cyclings's top style gurus * (no, really!) to ensure that every road.cc user can be on-trend, on the road this season. So, for maximum cycling pleasure it's got to be plaid dad! And, after some discussion and a fair amount of 'creative tension', we've gone for black and powder blue (Gok was adamant) rather than black and powder pink, but let us know what you think… maybe we'll go pink with the next lot. We'll be offering a limited run to start with in small, medium, large and extra large. There will definitely be a short sleeved version (as pictured) and we may also do a long sleeve too – once we've decided whether sleeves are in or out. The jerseys should be available in early October – we'll let you know the pricing nearer the time. For those who can't wait and 'must have" this winter's 'must have' jersey please form an orderly queue here: info [at] road.cc * these things are so objective though aren't they?

Plucked from the obscurity of his London commute back in the mid-Nineties to live in Bath and edit bike mags our man made the jump to the interweb back in 2006 as launch editor of a large cycling website somewhat confusingly named after a piece of navigational equipment. He came up with the idea for road.cc mainly to avoid being told what to do… Oh dear, issues there then. Tony tries to ride his bike every day and if he doesn't he gets grumpy, he likes carbon, but owns steel, and wants titanium. When not on his bike or eating cake Tony spends his time looking for new ways to annoy the road.cc team. He's remarkably good at it.
