Planning a cycling-heavy trip away any time soon? Lucky for you we've teamed up with Saris to give away one of their top-of-the-range Superbones car racks, worth £370! All you have to do is like this post by clicking through to it on our Facebook page to enter!

It will securely hold three bikes, and has innovative retractable straps that feature one-touch adjustability for ease of car fit and seamless strap management. The dual locking system securely locks the bike to rack and rack to car, which makes it the ideal companion for travelling with multiple bikes.

Anti-sway adjusts in and out to maximise bike protection, and the heavy duty straps are reinforced with internal steel strands. The internal ratcheting mechanism creates the best in class strap management, and there's an adjustable foot for maximum protection of your car by intuitively adjusting to vehicle’s trunk, bumper shape and design. It's also handily lightweight, at just 18.5 lbs.

To enter the competition, all you need to do is LIKE THE FACEBOOK POST AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE (okay, I'll stop shouting now). We'll be drawing the winner at midday on Monday 26th March, best of luck!

Arriving at road.cc in 2017 via 220 Triathlon Magazine, Jack dipped his toe in most jobs on the site and over at eBikeTips before being named the new editor of road.cc in 2020, much to his surprise. His cycling life began during his students days, when he cobbled together a few hundred quid off the back of a hard winter selling hats (long story) and bought his first road bike - a Trek 1.1 that was quickly relegated to winter steed, before it was sadly pinched a few years later. Creatively replacing it with a Trek 1.2, Jack mostly rides this bike around local cycle paths nowadays, but when he wants to get the racer out and be competitive his preferred events are time trials, sportives, triathlons and pogo sticking - the latter being another long story.

Without looking a gift horse in the mouth as I'm not on Facebook, this is very similar to the Thule Raceway 3 rack that we cart around....at 18.5lbs (9kg) its very heavy (the Thule is c10kg) and that added to the weight of a single bike - say 8kg - is a lot of weight to hang off the inner lip of a boot lid - never mind 3 bikes.

And, why Facebook?

Why can't we just tick a box on road.cc?
Inviting us to use Farcebook is DISCRIMINATION.
Please desist.

So will Facebook be able to deduce who I vote for by entering the competition?

Love our Saris, it was the only rack I could find fior our Beetle and is really quick and easy to setup.

Not on the Facebook thingamejig.
Paranoia about how many times someone might notice my likes for mens Veet or good toilet tissue and mine it to influence voting behavior.
Could use the very decent Saris Superbones though.
Hope that doesn't identify me as lib dem.....

It’s just 2 tonnes of metal you move around. Admiring cars is so last century!

Having broke my fingers recently loading bikes on the roof, I definately need the Saris Suberbones to save me from more broken bones.
