Weston Super Mare (Adrian Pingstone, Wiki Commons)Inaugural Great Weston Ride - 18 July
The inaugural Great Weston Ride takes place on Sunday 18 July, following a 56-mile route from Bristol to Weston Super Mare via the Mendips and the Somerset Levels.
The ride website is full of information about the route, online and offline entry details and preparation tips. There’s even a list of reasons for entering in case you – or perhaps your non-cycling partner – need convincing.

Same. I also have gone through a bunch of their tyres, and only the extralight disappointed (torn sidewall) but the standards are fantastic....
