We have a winner! VIP hospitality at Halfords Tour Series in Stoke-on-Trent tomorrow

Food, drink and some great racing - what more could you ask for?

Well, Tiffin has been taken and the random number generator set to work, and the name that popped out of the virtual hat is... monkeymagicstu! Looks like that monkey magic really worked then! Stu had already said that he was going to the race, well now he and a friend are going to enjoy it in style.

We have one more VIP package up for grabs, again for two people, at Chester on Monday evening, so look out for that on road.cc very soon!

==============

There are just three rounds to go in this year’s Halfords Tour Series, and that gives us just two more opportunities for one lucky road.cc user to win a pair of VIP hospitality tickets up for grabs thanks to the generosity of the organisers, starting with tomorrow's race in Stoke-on-Trent.

The tickets give you fantastic views of the start and finish line, meaning you can watch some top-notch racing action including last night’s winner in Peterborough, Dean Downing (pictured), and also include the chance to enjoy some fine food beforehand, with a free bar open before and during the race. Hospitality opens at 5.30pm, so you’d need to get to Stoke-on-Trent by then or shortly after, with racing getting under way at 7pm.

The prize, which is for two people, includes:

• Exclusive views of the finish line and end-of-race podium presentations

• Buffet Dinner with accompanying wines

• Complimentary bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)

• Tea and coffee served all day

• A few words from Tour Series Chief Executive, Hugh Roberts or Technical Director, Mick Bennett

• Official Tour Series programme

• Experienced hostess and wait staff to ensure the smooth running of your day.

We’ll also be running a similar competition for Monday’s penultimate round at Chester, so watch out for news of VIP tickets for that here on road.cc.

To enter, just put make a comment in the thread below – normal road.cc competition rules apply, so only one entry per person, and good luck. We’ll be drawing the lucky winner’s name at a later-than-usual Tiffin time today of 5pm.

Not the closest to me as the crow flies - that's Kettering - but since I rely on public transport, it's marginally the easiest to get to (followed by Canary Wharf). Even then, it's a bus to Banbury and two hours on the train... a shade over 100 miles!
