Hello and welcome to part 16 in the road.cc Yoga for Cyclists video series, focussing on hip abduction and adduction. Sounds violent, but you'll soon get the hang of it.

Our resident yoga expert Karen Burt takes you through the third movement of the hips that you need to give some TLC to - even though it's not a movement actually used in cycling.

Of all the exercises, it could be one of the easiest, so if you've struggled through the series so far, breathe a sigh of relief.

Now you've got all the moves to hand, make your own routine up of the various exercises to suit your own needs, and don't be afraid to mix it up.
