Follow Cervélo TestTeam to the Champs-Elysées in latest Beyond The Peloton film

Final installment of film covering team's debut Tour de France campaign now online...

We know that many of you look forward to Cervélo TestTeam’sBeyond The Peloton films, which give a fly-on-the-wall take on the ProTour outfit’s debut season, as much as we do here at road.cc.

Now, the fourth and final video covering the team’s Tour de France campaign this year has been put online and like its predecessors, it’s essential viewing for any cycling fan.

The latest episode starts off in the aftermath of the Stage 18 Lake Annecy individual time trial, and features a revealing insight – not to mention an equally revealing glimpse at him wearing nothing but his Calvin Klein shorts on the treatment table – into the pressures that defending champion Carlos Sastre felt during the early days of the Tour and how the team helped him overcome them.

Unsurprisingly, Thor Hushovd also gets plenty of attention as the Tour heads towards its finish on the Champs-Elysées with the Norwegian tightening his grip on the green jersey, and plenty of fans turning out in Paris to cheer him on.

This, and previous episodes in the series, are all available online at www.bartape.net and cover the team’s progression over its 2009 debut season. They can be streamed in various definitions depending on your connection, and there are also versions optimised for the Apple iPhone.
