Ok, its getting to that time of year when its hard to find daylight to get out enough. I've heard a lot about these DVDs and wouldn't mind giving one a go.

If anyone has one languishing at the back of a cupboard that they want to get rid of please let me know.

Anecdotally, most people tend to buy them as digital downloads so you might struggle. They're only £8-9 anyway and well worth it.

Thanks very much. Wasn't aware they were available as digital download - had only checked on amazon where it was £22.

I'm sure I can stretch to £8-9

+1, most are bought as digital downloads. As they're only a small company, you might find people aren't willing to share them. I would have to admit that I wouldn't do so.

However, it also means that for a few quid and hour's wait, it'll be ready for you when you hit the turbo.
