Hi all

Just started back on the turbo and on the sufferfest vid's. I find them good but hard work and was wondering if I should be taking any recovery drinks or just a banana and a glass of milk or indeed nothing at all?

I do rehydrate but what's the general consensus? It's only an hour on the bike and I'm trying to do a couple a week.

Any thoughts appreciated

A pint of chocolate milk and a good nights sleep is perfect

No food 2 hours before and a protein shake or choc milk after. Easy.

Watch out for the new vids coming out next week 2 hours long.  19
