Costa Adeje - Bike Point Tenerife - Tenerife Bike Training
Have been forced to go to Tenerife for my good lady's fifty in Nov - Costa Adeje area.
She said I could bring my bike as a booby prize - i said nothing but reluctantly agreed 
after a bit of searching I have found two tour companies near where I will be - anyone any experience or recommendations or even absolute must does? - Mount Teide i assume is one?
