I’ve absolutely loved owning this bike, it’s fast, comfortable and fun to ride. It’s an aero road bike that’s great to ride.
The bike is the standard Dura Ace spec with a couple of swaps/amends: I’ve swapped out the standard Mavic wheels for some Reynold’s Solitudes as I preferred the deeper rim and I’ve swapped out the saddle for one I found more comfortable (If you’d prefer the original Selle Italia SLR XP, no problems – I still have it).
The bike has covered approximately 2,500 miles from new (2011) and has a few minor cosmetic marks appropriate to the mileage. I’ve looked after it as well as I can and have only ridden it a handful of times in the last year, hence the sale.
Retail of the bike when new was £4,100 and with the new Dura Ace, they retail for £4,800. I’m looking for £1,950 for the complete bike or £1800 for the complete bike without wheels, if you’ve got your own wheels (as I’d be happy to keep the Solitudes. I also have a set of Easton EA90 SLX with a newly replaced unridden rear rim and bearings that could be included with the bike by separate negotiation).
The spec of the bike is as follows:
56cm NeilPryde Alize frame and fork Blue/White/Black
