193km+ on a Turbo
Won't be able to do the Dunwich Dynamo this year, due to some broken bones.
Instead I'll be doing it in the garden; on the turbo.
Correct. On the turbo.
It's about 120 miles, but I'll add a bit on for the ride to Hackney and to Aldeburgh at the finish.
Probably start at 8PM, through for about 6/7 hours.
I'm guessing it will be a lot faster on the turbo due to less stopping for traffic etc.
I've got the garmin speed thing on order (which measures distance?) and I'm going to write down what towns are at each distance so I can track my progress.
Thinking 2 hours a at a time non stop with maybe 10 minute off the bike breaks in between to refuel.
Got the ipad for films, although I may go back to basics and stare at the wall.
Added bonus is that it's my birthday on the 21st, so I'll spend it on the turbo!!!
