keeping my feet dry for 90 minutes

Done a couple of races recently in the rain, what I have found most annoying is wet feet and socks.

So looking for suggestions, recommendations for keeping my feet dry the 90 minutes of my race.

Note it is not cold and wet conditions, I live in Perth Western Australia, race in the afternoons in winter and the temperature range will usually be between 12 to 18C on wet days

Castelli Nano are PU coated aero overshoes:

Pro (Shimano) have made some coated aero ones too but I'm not sure whether they are still available. Otherwise you're looking at the winter types that would surely be too warm.

That still looks a bit too wintery for the temperatures (I scoff at you definition of winter) you need something a bit lighter but still waterproof like this:

But you will not scoff at summer and crit racing in 35C at 10am in the morning or commuting home in 30 to 35C into a 30kph headwind. Without a headwind it will be 35 to 40C. But at least it is a dry heat most of the time.
