I go on the UCI official results and ONLY them. Unfortunately for those with Stemper. He is PLACED 6th

yep procyclingstats is incorrect as there standings do not include the points for yesterdays summit finish

Has 17 points (same as TJVG in 5th) but appears to be listed as 6th on count back. Rule of thumb for scoring when people are tied on points/time is that if they're listed in a joint position then they get those points but they're given a specific placing (as Stemper is) then we use those placings.
No points for Stemper?
