Hey there,

Would it be possible to extend the transfer window between stages by a couple of hours? The giro highlights down here in Oz are only shown at 6pm Sydney time, so the transfer window has closed by then. Of course, we could have a peek online at lunchtime during work, but then that destroys the enjoyment and suspense of the race, as the trad "arms aloft" victory pic reveals who the winner is straightaway.

I went to put in changes for stage three this evening, with a good 3 hours before the stage starts in Italy, but found the clock had ticked over. 2

Anyway, just a thought ...

What time is it RIGHT NOW in Sydney? To save me looking up and then I can figure times out 3

But I can't see things being changed, because it needs to end before the stage starts, so that people aren't holding off to see who's in the break

Hey GK,

Sorry for my tardy reply - time here in Sydney is now 8.30pm, which I think translates to 11.30am London time?

Actually, I just managed to squeeze in my transfers today by a matter of minutes, so I guess the closing time fluctuates with the start of the stage.

So maybe if the transfer window could stay open until 11am London time, is that doable? Not sure when the stages start in Italy - of course we wouldn't want it to be open once the race has started. 1
