i'm doing a 100 mile sportive on saturday which i'm probably ill prepared for...work, family etc kind of get in the way but that's another story. anyway, should i do any cycling at all this week or just rest and eat shit loads of carbs
Training is not going to do a lot of good now. Dont do loads this week and then be tired before Sat, maybe a few small rides. I would have a short ride with some short hard efforts on Friday though your legs will feel better for it.
Its not a race, just take it steady.
