Some of you may know I've been off the bike for a LONG time (over 4 months) with a groin and hip injury.
Now all going to plan Friday is my next appointment and I should be getting the green light to get back on the bike.
Other than start slowly / build up. Any advice?
Just want to get back to speed / fitness asap.
I have the turbo trainer but am concerned the resistance (even lowest one) might be hard going given I'm starting from zero so to speak.
