kenesis bike for £750 ish
I remember partly reading a roadtest on here some time ago on a Kenesis road bike for about £750 ish?
I am now comparing commuter bikes for around that money and can't locate the article.
I did, thankyou. Hadn't looked at it properly though;

If it's a drop bar bike you're after what about something like a Trek 1.7 or a Giant Defy. Not tested a 1.7, but I only hear good things about them, and tyres aside, the Giant Defy range are cracking bikes for the money. Going down the frame route, it might be worth looking at the Cotic Roadrat drop bar, just had a look on their site and you can get a complete one for £635 - as a singlespeed, but you would have the budget to add gears, that is one very nice bike indeed.
