Milan - San Remo - Places to watch?

Feel free to post away any places you know of that will be showing the race on Sunday, or places that could be coerced in to showing it by groups of people wanting to watch it.

I'm particularly interested in places round Manchester, but with it being St Patrick's day with the parade etc I can see most places being unwilling to do anything that might frighten off the once-a-year-Guinness swillers and stupid hat wearers that will be infesting most places.
