They sure are. I'm sorry to say I'v ended the auction for now to see if I can brake them in a tad. Can't bring myself to sell them. Fits great on the right but a bit of toe rub on the left. If I don't have any luck with them I will let you know when they go back up. 
There back up. Wore them again for a few miles and decided just to sell them.
