Roma Maxima

That's a bit lastminute.com?

I can't see the need really with Paris-Nice opening on the same day

Its to make up for the lack of KBK because of its cancellation

how about the purist teams do you have any transfers between strade and roma?

No, I read on another thread that there are no transfers for purists between Strade and Roma.

Bring it on, I say.

My understanding is that you pick one team for all three of Le Samyn, Strade Bianchi and Roma Maxima and that's it.

No transfers at all between the three.

Personally I think I might pick a team for Strade/Roma and largely ignore Samyn. Only problem though is that I'd have to pick my team before Samyn without knowing the full and final startlists for the others.

the pick one team for all the races thing I missed that meeting, so a lot of my picks are redundant now, I will need to pay more attention, but it is difficult if not logging in all the time etc. Maybe there is an argument for not including 1 day races only a day apart in Purist leagues.

He wasn't on the startlist released by organisers a few days ago and he wasn't mentioned in article about the race on official site yesterday.

TDF had a 1 kilometre prologue in 1988.

Hell, if that had been more recent, it would almost have been worth signing up Chris Hoy and grabbing the maillot jaune for the day Wink

Great race, make sure you watch highlights (was watching RAI via VPS on Italian server).

Poor Pippo Pozzato had no idea Biel Kadri was up the road and had won (no race radios, and the group was coming round Colosseum so not quite in finishing straight).

Pozzato gave it a big victory salute as he crossed the line to take sprint for second. Very sheepish in the post-race interview Smile
