I think its the same finish as stage 2 last year, and that proved too tough for most of the sprinters. Sagan won it from Cooke, Slagter and Gallopin. So fingers crossed for a similar result. Not very happy with my team, so 4 transfers coming up after today...

Sagan
Gallopin
Bouhanni
Boonen
Van Avermaet
Appollonio
Goddaert
Mezgec
Devolder

Sagan followed by Phinney would be good for me today, then if Goddaert can show himself too

Right, stewards enquiry is being launched to find out the name of Bobbie Traksel's fantasy team, there will be none of this picking one's self and then going on the attack every day.

This could become a problem when there are prizes in the grand tours and Voeckler backs himself on the big stages and wins a bike Devil

3 and 10 for me plus 2 and 5 GC, not great but 7 transfers alraedy made ahead of tomorrow (10 penalty points) should set me up for a decent run to the finish.

Hmmm, 67 points, not great, expecting to fall further behind the leaders again. Just have to hope my strategy of holding on to all my transfers until tomorrow pays off.

I got Voeckler on his big ride last year. Perhaps I'm him in disguise Wink Wink

Got 128 today, made the mistake of taking out Gilbert for Bouhanni instead of Boonen, then Gilbert comes 7th. Crying Purist team did a fraction better than standard in fact. Sagan talking up his chances on green mountain. Last year he didn't try, this year he might, but I haven't kept him. Took a penalty to bring in Velits with the other 3 nearly everyone else is going to have. Thought about taking a pen for Jeannesson as well but not worth the risk with the field being stronger this year and I haven't quite got the points.

Im not taking any penalties, but im bringing in Alberto for tomorrow...but think Nibali could be the man. Froome will be top 6 and Sagan down the road Nerd ....and i hope andrea is special, but bobbie might be the cheap one i shud have gone for...bad decisions all around . . . but as long as i keep going up the table, i will be happy. Had a terrible couple of days after forgetting to make transfers in time, my purist team well ahead of my other one Crying

But what that does mean is... I have six transfers for tomorrow. Gonna try and rescue a badge of some shape out of this race if nothing else Wink

Got Alberto, Nibali, Froome, Velits and Gallopin for tomorrow. If I'd stuck to my plan to not make any transfers it would have cost me 0 points instead of 10 and I'd have about 40-50 more points in total!! Never can stick to my plan to not make transfers.
