campagnolo hub spares

cleaned up a set of old Daytona hubs and having a few issues removing the driveside axle cap from the rear hub, not sure what to call it?

It will come off!!!

so does anyone happen to know what the spares availability for old campag hubs is like, in case i need a new axle and end cap?

I know the design is common to the previous generation Record/Chorus/etc design but with a few tweaks.
