Is Niki Terpstra the new George Hincapie ?

Just noticing that Niki Terpstra has dropped Cav off at the 1km to go banner in stage 3 and 4 of the ToQ, is this the sort of link up that could yield another Milan-San Remo victory? Thinking back to 2009 it was Hincapie who took Cav to the flamme rouge. What are your thoughts?
