Does anyone know what the latest news is on putting in the replacement Eastway circuit now the Olympic circus has gone?

I'll try and find a plan of the circuit now.
This is from a press release issued the week before last by the London Legacy Development Corporation updating on the full range of works at Olympic Park.
Relevant bit related to cycling is:
January 2014
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority opens Lee Valley VeloPark, the UK’s largest multi-discipline cycling hub (Velodrome, BMX track, one mile road circuit and 7km of mountain bike trails).
So, 11 months to go...
