Winter frame with BB30 ?

Does anyone know of a frame that can take mudguards but has BB30 ? Can't seem to find anything and trying to use some old parts

BB30 for winter? From what I've read, external bearings and winter don't go together that well.

(Then again, only my nice summer bike has external bearings, so I've not dared test this theory myself(.
