Private league not showing in my joined list

Crying I joined my friend's Private league but it's not showing in my table of leagues I'm in.
Have i missed something?

I asked but he wasn't sure if or where to do it

He will need to accept you, he will need to go to 'My Team' and the join requests are in the leagues box and they are yellow
