WTD: winter/training tyres (Conti Gatorskin or similar) 700x23 and Crud Roadracer mk2 mudguards

I'm looking for some winter/training tyres (Conti Gatorskin or similar) in size 700x23mm. Prefer brand new or at least with a lot of life left.

Also after some Crud Roadracer mk2 mudguards. Must be in good condition.
