Scandinavian/Dutch junior cyclist documentary?

I saw a news article somewhere, on road.cc I think. It was about a documentary film for an up and coming young cyclist - getting towards 17/18 maybe later. Showed him overtaking a guy on a roadbike riding some shopping basket bike and setting off a ramp for junior world ITT.

What is the name of the film if anyone knows? I looked through the archives of road.cc news till july and found nothing related by searching for "film" in the browser and checking out the headline snippet.
