Bottom Bracket Compatibility

Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but before I order a new bottom bracket, does anyone know if Shimano external bearing bottom brackets (Ultegra, 105, Tiagra etc) are compatible with my current FSA Gossamer double chainset?

I'm a little reluctant to order another FSA Gossamer Mega Exo BB as it seems to be falling apart after a pretty short time and its twice the price of the Shimano's

I have a Dura Ace bb and an older Gossamer chainset working as a treat.
